Beer brewing

How is beer brewed? In the Litovel mini-brewery you can try out what the production of golden liquor entails from the first to the last step. The beer is brewed under the expert guidance of a brewer, those interested can follow the recommended recipes or try to create their own unique taste.

The mini-brewery is used by Litovel brewers to test new methods and flavors that they will offer to lovers of Litovel beer. They use two cooking vessels with a volume of only 250 liters, which is a hundred times less than the large Litovel brewery. In these areas, you can brew your own beer according to your taste under the supervision of brewers. This is created in the same way as in conventional production, ie by cooking, fermentation and finally maturation, which closes the whole process. The entire beer production can be experienced and monitored on a few meters. There are several proven recipes prepared for visitors, but they can try to create their own taste or try, for example, an old family recipe.

Beer is brewed only on working days from Monday to Friday and can only be attended by people over 18 years of age. The maximum number of people per cooking is five.
