Hotel Chateau Goldenstein
The Renaissance Kolštejn chateau was built in the 16th century by rebuilding a Gothic castle. Even during the Thirty Years' War, the castle played an important role in defending the imperial troops against the Swedish army, but then its importance gradually declined. Now you can take a sightseeing tour in the renovated chateau with an explanation lasting about an hour.
The Renaissance chateau with the ruins of a Gothic castle from 1325 was reconstructed into a four-star Chateau Goldenstein hotel. The hotel has a castle restaurant, four spacious halls with a total capacity of 280 guests and a total of 26 rooms with 77 beds. Chateau Goldenstein offers a peaceful setting.
